95' dodge avenger wont start?

Question:
my 95 dodge avenger wont start. it stries to turn over but the fuel pump isnt coming on. i replaced the fuel pump and fuel sending unit and the relay is fine. i cant seem to find the reset switch for the pump like some model cars have. please help?

Does the relay operate when you turn on the key? Is the fuse good, and do you get power to/from the relay? I don't think it has the ford "inertia switch" you are refering to.
