Question:
I have a vauxhall corsa diesel 53 plate. Today I was driving along and I went to brake and there was a 'juddering' on the break pedal just before the car came to a standstill - a bit like when you are on ice and the ABS kicks in so you can steer when you are skidding. Green Flag came out and recovered my car home telling me to get the brakes checked at a gargage in the morning and not to drive it. Said he wasn't sure what was wrong but it might be an airlock?
FIAT Punto MK1 Lights Flashing Dim and Wrong Lights Flash on car - any ideas what might be wrong?
Can anyone give me a clue as to what the problem might be and how much I should be looking to pay to get it fixed at a non-dealer? They said the break discs and pad are fine (I only had them changed 6k ago).

2001 yamaha warrior running problems?
If you had air in your brake system the pedal would feel very spongy and you would find it difficult to stop without pumping the brake`s so this is unlikely to be the cause of your problem .
Sounds to me if you just had the brakes done only 6,000 mi. ago, your mechanic may not have installed the caliper pins or caliper slider hardware correctly, something may have worked loose.
Hmmmm..
