My 1997 Firebird 3.8 is skipping. I changed plugs, wires, switched coil, module and computer. nothing?

I had an old F-150 and did the same thing (complete tune-up). Eventually I found that a couple of spark plug wires (new) had pulled loose where they attached to the plugs. If you have good compression and gas, it can only be in the ignition system somewhere.
