My 1979 Ford truck is squirting antifreeze up through a hole in the back head plate how do I repair?

Question:
the motor is a 302 and I have a manual transmission. I don't know if this is an actual "hole", or if there should be a valve, screw, gasket, or something there. It squirts the antifreeze straight up,like a fountain when the motor is running.

If it's a hole, try some JB weld on it. Be pretty generous with it and press it into the hole as much as possible.
