It is on the drivers side of the engine under the ignition coil, follow the top radiator hose from the radiator to the engine. It is held by 3 bolts, the housing is plastic.

It is in the thermostat housing. Make sure the engine is cool, the radiator cap is loose, all pressure has been relieved, and the coolant drained before starting to work on replacing the thermostat.
