Transmission Problems?

Question:
well i have a 97 chevy z71 and i just put in a a new rebuilt automatic transmission this past spring and it has been working fine. but just now all of a sudden its acting kind of funny. well it works fine but when u accelerate to 10 mph and you take your foot of the gas pedal the RPM's get stuck and you kind of have to press the gas a little and it will shift. it does this at 20 mph too and at 30 mph but after that it works fine. is my transmission going out or is it something else? it does not slip it just gets stuck but it will shift after u press the pedal. any clues on what may be the problem thanx.

That tranny has electrical internal parts like a gear selector. The tranny shops can trouble shoot it with a computer. It may be a 150 dollar part they need to replace. Pretty sure it is not going bad.
