Repaint or Go to a Paint Shop, simple as That ,But if youre talkin bout vinyls, cause some are permanent, you gotta get it resprayed, but if you talkin bout sticker decals, spray lightly soapy water on them, then remove them, if youre gonna get rid of them.

Soak the area repeatedly with good old fashioned Coca-Cola the regular not diet version. It will eat away the adhesive and if the decal happens to be on chrome, you get the added benefit of it buffing up the chrome to a mirror shine! :)Autoparts Stores Sell This Liquid Mostly In A Can Or Spray Can Called Acry Solvent (AcrySol for most known slang), add to a rag and wipe(may Take a few minutes). Also easy way with a tool called an eraser wheel wich most paint shops have but if you have a white car i wont recomend it because it leaves a yellow burn mark
Blow dryer would work well enough. (although a heat gun would be better). For the remaining glue, a mix of vinegar and water would work.
