1998 ford mustang?

Could you please tell me what is wrong with my 1998 ford mustang.When i hit a bump in the road i hear something in the front of the car making a vibrating sound.Please help me find this out.When i hit the brakes it is no noise.

Brake pads have an anti-rattle clip on them and if it is broken it will cause a noise when you hit bumps and go away if you apply light pressure to the pedal as this keeps the loose pads from rattling around. I could be wrong but from your description that,s what popped into my head.
