It won't fit, not at all. they went to the 5 mph bumpers in '74 i think, and were 5 mph by 77 I'm sure, complete with shock mounted bumpers, front and rear. You would have to pul l the whole front clip. and I'll be they changed the frame to bumper mounting holes with the change. Don't think it would be that easy.
