Are Audis more expensive to repair?

i own a repair shop, and on this one it sounds like it could be as simple as it being low on fluid ,that will cause it to jump out of gear and downshift ,if you have a bad torque converter you,ll get these symptoms plus a few other ones also,,slow shifting and hesitation between shifts can all be a sign of a bad torque converter also in the morning when its real cold,,it will take a while for it to go in gear, you might want to really take this and have a transmission shop look it over and test drive it,,they might can give you a better diagnoses on it good luck with it,,maybe its just a simple thing to fix on it,,,and have a happy new years.
