Is it cranking (turning over)? If it is cranking, but not "trying" to start, it may be the ignition circuit, or something as simple as fuel filter.Also, since you just replaced the fuel pump, Fords use an "impact switch" that cuts power to the fuel pump in case of a crash. It could have "tripped", and is resettable, but you have to find where they stuck it in your vehicle to check it.
