Most auto parts stores will read the DTC (trouble codes) from your Sporttrac for free. Head over to your local Autozone, Advanced or whatever and ask them to read the codes from your car, they can then tell you the problem with your truck and clear the codes. It may be something simple, it may be more complex but at least you can get it done without spending an arm and a leg. Good Luck!You can have it scanned free at Auto Zone.
