Question:
THERMOSTAT ,HEATER COR,MOTOR
Answers:
Check the following:
1 heater inlet control valve is OK. They sometimes clog up with corrosion and sludge
2 The heater core must be installed with the inlet pipe at the high point. It is amazing how often this simple point is overlooked.
3 Check the heater hoses for kinks or any soft spots. A soft spot can indicate that the pipe is failing internally and this can restrict the water flow
4 Check the wiring to the fan is connected correctly. Wrong connection will suck not blow.
I hope one of these will help
Look for a vacuum line that might have gotten broken loose, or disconnected. This is what controls the function of the baffles inside the box under the dash. Or if your heater controls are electronic, then it could be the computer in there screwing up.
