What is the torque spec for a 1988 dakota tie rod end nut?

Question:
I just replaced the rack and pinion and the tie-rods. My question is how tight to torque them and how to bleed the system when all hooked up? Another question would be the thread count on one side was 8 and the other side was 16. Now when I put it all back together that is obviously way off, so now it appears I'm going to have to eyeball it and take it in for an alignment (or more). Thanks for the help.
