Why flickering lights on a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan only when the van is running.?

I noticed the head lights and interior lights are flickering when engine is running, when engine is not running, lights are okay. Alternator and batrey checked good, what could it be?

you may have a bad ground, look at all your ground terminals (a black wire on the body of the car w/ a screw) get some dielectric gel (about 99c at autozone) and sand all your ground ports off than put a small amount of the gel on the Body around the hole. if that doesn't work than have an electrician look at it.
