WTF, I've never seen/heard of this. Is it common? It seems to be just water. It's dripping out and freezing. I just put my car on ramps, so it's possible this water has accumulated over a long time.

no worries water is the end result of the combustion of the motor, when the motor fires water is the byproducti mechanic for a living,,and its probably just condensation,from the weather ,,they,ll all do it this time of year,as long as its not losing coolant your in good shape,good luck hope this help,s.

Completely normal. Nothing to worry about. Its caused by hot exhaust gases meeting cold exhaust, condensation developes which is the water coming out your exhaust. After your exhaust warms up it will go away.At what temperature would a car battery freeze?
