Dodgeman, gotta Mopar part question.?

Question:
I bought a mopar oil filter for the 97' Dodge Ram. After checking on it I heard it was made by the same people who make cheap filters out of champion labs (fram). Know anything about this, is it a good filter?

Answers:

does anyone know of a classic car bodyshop in northeast Indiana?

If you bought from a Chrysler dealership it's good, if you bought a box at Wal-Mart that said Mopar you bought crap, You can never go wrong with NAPA parts

i have a gmc pickup and the Speedometer is not working?

Fram is an excellent filter to buy. You have either been misinformed or are prejudiced against them for some unknown reason.
