What is the average cost to repair a engine that has consumed diesel instead of gasoline?
depends on whether or not you bought it brand new, used, or refurbished. in some instances, they can be like time bombs waiting to go, especially if the person who refurbished it doesn't know what they are doing. It also depends on how much you use it and how you use it. Also depends on if it's teflon, and what condition the teflon is in and how chewed up the rotors and gears are. If you can turn it with your fingers, it's too loose and pretty worthless. I would always recommend a kevlar shrapnel blanket. I've seen them blow and it's not pretty. It's also not for street use. There's simply no good way to utilize it for street applications unless you just want it to look cool and hear the whine. If the fuel is too rich, she can blow. B&M makes some good blowers, I would check and put your questions to one of their technical people.More Questions & Answers ...
