Endless beep comes from a small speaker under the dashboard - 94 BMW 525i?

I was driving the car and stopped in a red light then I heard few beeps, and then this ENDLESS BEEEEEEP come from a small speaker under the dashboard! I disconnected the battery, wait 1 hour and reconnected --- the ENDLESS BEEEP comes back again! It is annoying.

Fan for a 2004 Ford Fiesta?
