Question:
I have a Chevy Blazer 2 dr S10 4WD. Two days ago it was hard starting and then didnt want to stay started. Filled gas up yesterday and didnt want to turn over right away. Had to pump the gas and crank it to start. Now this morning again the same problem with not wanting to stay started. Turns over fine but stalls when you have your foot off gas. Also checked the anti-freeze, has a brownish color to it?? The tempature has been in the 30'- 40's (so not cold like it used to be a few weeks back) but wet and rainy out. Any help would be great.need the car this afternoon to go to work

Check Your Fuel Filter Or Fuel Pump And It Sounds LIke You Could Use A Radiator Flushtry changing the spark plugs, it sounds like its not firing.look at your spark plug wires see if theres any corrosion, cracks or stuff like on them.spark plugs might be flooded.um have any enemies that might have put sugar in your gas tank? thats the worst case scenario.but good luck man.hope any this helps.oh yeah try puttin some injector cleaner in it from like QT.or some gas other gas station that sells it
i own a repair shop and check the coolant and ,make sure its full in it,then check the oil, from what you have described to me it sounds like a head gasket may be going bad on it,but having to pump the gas also seems like a dirty air filter ,and the gas filter may also be some of the problem,id change the gas filter first though its the cheapest, and its not like wasting money it could probably use a new one anyway,if that don't help it the pump may be going out on it,because anytime with fuel injection if you have to pump the gas to get it started, you usually check the filter and the pump first, that's all i can tell you right now other than to look at the plug wires on it,and make sure there all on right and not all starting to crack and fall apart,it may need a real good tune up ,this is not an expensive thing to do but it sure helps any thing run better good luck hope some of this might help you with it.
The key point I see is that it's wet and rainy. If it runs rough when it starts, either you may have moisture inside the distributor cap, or some wet wiring...first "guess", as any "arcing" along the ignition components an cause idle problems, and starting problems.
Will that performance AIR FILTER really enhance horsepower on my V8 Tundra?
Another potential problem, wet or dry out, is vacuum leaks...it is possible a vacuum hose decided to break just at that time. I'd look all over for brittle or split/broken small rubber hoses. Be thorough, there are a lot of connections.
