Question:
Adding it to a near stock eclipse gsx? Are they even worth getting? Where would it come into play?
Answers:
You will notice it if you drive through the mountains, or down twisty roads a lot.
They pumped my tires to twice the recommended PSI?
They are great, ever since I fitted one between my knees, I have not rolled over sideways once.i own a shop and they do work really good, you wont notice having it until you get in a curve then it does its job,it helps stop the roll you get in a curve, there worth what they cost though, good luck i hope this helps.
What Is The Strangest Thing you Ever Found in your Air Filter?
Are you talking an "anti sway bar"? Most cars have front and rear sway bars from the factory, but sometimes you can find after market ones that are thicker and "stiffer". If you put them on, you definitely feel a difference, since the car won't roll or "dip" into a turn as much...Is their a way of making a car engine go silent using ash?even if its an old engine?
A "Strut Bar", or "Strut Tower Brace" is designed to reduce chassis flex (twist) so as to keep the tires more accurately planted on the road. On a car like a Mustang which has all the chassis rigidity of a wet sponge, they can make a huge difference, on other cars maybe not so much, at least in normal street driving.I don't seem to have much luck with auto shops. Seems like they still use process of elimination .?
If you track the car at all though it is definately worthwhile. Nothing better than a stiff chassis as I learned many years ago when I replaced the rotted out floors and rocker panels of my 1972 MGB.
