Any body want anything from the shops?

remove brake pads and caliper,remove retaining screw from discs then you have to take off handbrake shoe adjustment this can be done by either loosening off the cable adjuster or the shoe adjuster working through the wheel stud hole with a small screwdriver it can be a bit of a fiddly job but this is proper way of doing the job
