The handbok says unscrew the bulb cover and gives a pcture but the covers on my model have no obvious screws?
Anybody have any idea how I change the bulbs?

just prise off with a small screwdriver replace bulb and push lens back over

Some models have push fit plastic covers/lenses. You have to prize them off with a blunt knife or similar. Others have 10mm screws behind the transparent cover and you have to use a 1/4 inch socket and combination of rachets and extension bars to get at them. This is a real pain, unless you have good access to the back of the light. Just be patient. Good luck.
