complete brake and inspection . i was supposedly told i will lose my brakes maybe if i didnt fix or clean that . and guess what i lost my brakes after paying 386dollors for both inspect. sticker and brake job.i told them no its ok i ll take my chances. somebodys lying. Sears email me if youd like i have the rest of my veteren life . disabled and fighting back.

In fairness to Sears, I really cannot answer this because I refuse to go to SearsI don't know where you live but in my state, Pennsylvania, if there is a chance of losing the brakes you will not get an inspection sticker and if Sears told you that if something needed cleaned or fixed then put an inspection sticker on it before it was fixed then Sears is in violation of inspection regulations and if Sears' statement that something on brakes needed fixed is documented then the staement would work in your favor because they should have not put a sticker on till it was fixed. If they meant you had grease on brakes that needed cleaned that is part of brake job and also grease on brakes is a cause for rejected inspection. If Sears did a brake job and you lost your brakes because of something they did or did not do then you have recourse on Sears. Insurance companies and stores will not admit to liability. If nothing was done to car after wreck you could ask state police to go over the car to see if sears inspected and did the brake job correctly. Also, if I am understanding correctly that the wreck happened just after leaving Sears, I would consult an attorney as they like these cases.
