What does it mean to sidestep a clutch??

If I am correct I believe that on Pontiac's they started incorporating the 4 way flasher with the turn signal flasher. Its the same button most likely the triangle on the dash.

Can I tow a trailer with a 99 Chevy Malibu 6cyl.?

Approximately how much is the going rate for changing head gaskets('98 Pontiac Bonneville V6)?

Sounds like the switch may be sticking.or possibly broken. The flasher can would only stay clicking if power was getting to the can.

My car is more powerful in warm days?

It could be your 4 way flasher that is giving you the clicking
check to make sure it is off.Does your signal lights work on both
sides when you use them. It could be a wire grounding out also.
If signal lights are working alright probably it is a problem with
your 4 ways. This site might help
