Having an idle problem with a Dodge Stealth?

Question:
I just did a motor swap w/ my 1992 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo. I had it running good after I installed it, I had to adjust the SAS(idle) up a little & it idled at 1400rpms at first & after a min. it would idle at 1000 smoothly. Well one of my intake hoses popped off while driving it, to find the problem i basically took the entire intake(like 20ft of hoses) back apart & found where it popped off at(not a noticible place). After reinstalling everything the car idled at 2500rpms, so i turned the SAS down as much as i could, but it only put it down to 2000rpms. It starts right up & idles smooth at 2000rpms, I tried driving it & after giving it some gas the idle starts to jump around bad between 1300-2000rpms for about 5 sec & then idles smooth at 2000. Seems to cut out some(not sure if its a related problem). I checked my vacuums and intake a million times. It also makes a slight pssh noise while the idle jumps around, I still seem to have good boost. Any Ideas what it could be?

How often should you have to put in antifreeze?

You didn't tighten the intake manifold properly and have a vacuum leak. This is where I would start.

i own a shop, and if your sure you have all the leaks stopped ,try erasing the computer on it ,its still trying to compensate for when the hose came off,and will continue to do so until it has been cleared off, taking the cable off should clear this one up,but don't make any adjustments on it until its completely warmed up,let it do what its going to do unless it is idling way too fast, every time you adjust it you throw it off more and more, let it warm up really good before you attempt to set anything on it,and recheck it for leaks, these are tricky when it comes to stopping all the leaks, good luck i hope this helps.
