Radiator fan relay?
Sounds to me like an ignition issue. Does your car have a block heater?? Try plugging it in for 3-4 hours to dry the distributor and plug boots and then try again. Can you smell gas in the tailpipe after you crank it over? If yes then definetly ignition, No check your fuel pump/filter/fuse/relay. When you get it running listen for a snapping noise.. If you hear snapping that is the spark jumping from the wire to the block and not lighting the spark plug. You should get new wires and plugs then.
