Toyota Corolla 93 brakes padles got too soft and not work properly?

i just changed all four brakes and front rotors less than 500 Km ago. today, suddendly the brake padles becomes too soft and brakes does not work properly...
also hand brakes light is continously on, however brake is not active.
what could be the problem please help thanks
