I have r134a refrigerent, and, my pipe used to be on like danger, but, I made it back to normal, what now?

Question:
I have a 1995 Honda Accord, 4 cylinder. My air conditioner isn't cold, I know how to do this, I just want to be safe. I made my pipe from danger back to normal, so, it's fine now, I want to make my air conditioner cold, do I empty the old refrigerent out, because I can, and fill it up with a new can of r134a? Please help, thanks.

If you know how to do it, then why are you asking the question? Evidently you have no idea of the operation of an air conditioning system. What do you mean "from danger" and "back to normal"?
What type refrigerant was in the system before you added R134a? If you are trying to mix refrigerants, you may just do serious damage to the system and never have air conditioning again! Go to a service center that has skilled technicians to perform the service.
