98 Malibu cig. lighter and accessory outlet fuse location..?

98 Malibu where is the fuse for the cig. lighter and accessory outlet located at? I checked the side panel fuse area but saw nothing that listed these 2 fuses. Can someone give me some help. Thanks.

The fuse is in the underhood fuse block.
It is labeled aux pwr/cigar 20A
