Front left of car makes ping sound?

Question:
i spun out off the road the other day and now im hearing a ping sound when i come out of a left turn. ti sounds like a piece of rubber on the coilover holding back the spring, then when the turn is completed the spring trys to return to normal like the rubber sling shots the spring kind of. but there is nothing in the obstructing the spring. any one know what it might be or know of a place were i can look up online to possibly fix it my self?
