If it is just the valve cover it easy. Once you have the valve cover off the car clean it up with degreaser (Purple Power) Make sure you clean all of the old gasket from the valve cover. Get the gasket silicone from the part store, just tell them you need gasket silicone I think it is orange.

Line the outside lip of the valve cover with the silicone so that when it pressed up against the engine it spreads out, bolt it down and wait about 2-3 hours to let seal.
