How is the motor mounted in an 85 ford ranger ?

i pulled my old engine out but i just disconnected the transmission and the motor came right out and i can't see where it would bolt on there just like the mounts just sit on the frame is tht right?/

i own a repair shop,and if it came out this easy the engine mounts was broken on it,the two in the front or one on each side is supposed to hold it in,id say your was broken,you,ll have to replace them when you put the engine back in,good luck with it ,i hope this help,s.
