tried that pump thing in the 80's just like all the other infomercial junk it didn't work. it scratched up my paint and ended up costing me more in the long run. go to a body shop most can do the paint less dent removal. it is worth the money to get it done right you may do more damage trying to do it yourself trust me it's coming from experience. good luck!

There are new dent pullers that work by attaching a lug to the center of the dent with a special hot melt glue. Then a puller attaches to the lug and pulls the dent out. Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 tries to get it right. The lug can be removed without damaging the paint.
