1400 Suzuki intruder keeps fouling the plug on the front cylinder only?

Question:
has anyone else had this problem, and/or does anyone know the solution? I went through 11 different spark plugs last sumer and they all fouled. I have a friend that has the same problem and he can't figure it out either.

If they are fouled with oil then you have a valve guide leak If just burnt intake valve not seating correct.
