Question:
Can not properly align Camshaft sprokets. The left hand sproket springs to the correct position on the timing mark, but the righthand sproket springs to a position that is quite far off from the timing mark.
Do I assume the position it springs to is the correct position, or should i get someone to hold the sproket on the timing mark while I fit the timing belt. Thanks.

Hi there im presuming your in the uk the best thing is to go to your local parts and accessories shop as suggested and buy the locking tool Draper do one which will cost you about a fiver which is a lot less than replacing valves etc, you may be lucky and be able to do it without but is it worth the risk ??Get a cam locking tool obtainable from Halfords.
