Is he just fooling me about the clutch to make money?
i own a repair shop, and the pumps on a dodge will make a hissing noise when it get a little low on fluid,,this sounds like what yours is doing,,and they,ll do it if they get just a little low ,you might want to check and make sure its full, also check the belt tension on it,,this can cause it also,,good luck with it,hope this help,s.,merry x-mas.Check your power steering belt and pump.
check the the right front tire for marks on the tire and the inner fender for a tire rub..
the problem is that you use the jack handle to lower the spare?
when is the last time you changed/ tightened your belt. it also could be your low on power steering fluid. It could be a few things. Check the power steering fluid. Your steering column may be going out, but doubtful being newer. Check for dead animals..haha Have you changed the brakes lately or at all? Warped rotar maybe?
Does any one know a way to get a nother set of keys when you lost both sets to your vehicle?
I would check to see what tire is rubbing on.Try putting a thin coat of oil on tire and turn slow then look to see if any oil rubbed off on anything... Good luck...
