My steering fluid is leaking how much might it cost to fix?

Question:

What do I need?

No telling. It could be leaking from the pump ($150), a hose($50 to have it replaced), or the rack. If it's the steering rack...you're screwed. You're talking $1500 minimum to replace a busted steering rack.

95 neon no spark starts in the morning run it around come home and go to start it agian and it just cranks?

i'm leaking steering fluid too and i think it would be more expensive to fix it than to just keep adding fluid.

How do I get the best launch?

Where is the leak? The rack is a pain to change out but I bought one re-manned at Autozone for $75. You can get rebuilt pumps, also. Hoses are generally expensive, especially if they are specially made for the application(odd bends/fittings). Good luck with it!
