To address the first part of the question ball bearings for what? Are they wheel bearings? You should be able to go to a parts house and pick them up for under ten dollars a piece. As for the sway bar you will have to go to Ford to get a replacement or to a salvage yard for a used one. There is nothing wrong with a used one it will perform the same action that the old one did. DO NOT WELD IT!! Whatever that guy was smoking, I want some. The sway bar is just another type of spring. Springs get their properties by the temper of the metal whether it be from their shape, or by heating and cooling them in the manufacturing process or a combination of both. If you have someone weld it it will become a thirty pound hunk of steel that hangs in the front of your car. And besides Lincoln LS are built on the same platform as a Jaguar X-type, you think a jag owner would do that to their car? Probably not and neither should you!Is it better to let your gas tank go to almost empty before you fill up or fill up at 1/4 of a tank?
