Question:
fuel pump,fuel filter,sparks plugs,distibutor & rotor,as well as coil, all new. I even drained the fuel tank too. I am getting fire and fuel. seems like the fuel is reaching the spark plugs but i cant get it to start. i have also put in a new O2 sensor. I dont think its the timing because i am getting strong rotation just will not crank.

Why wont my car start?
Well, you MUST have a timing issue. If you have fire, compression, and fuel, it should run. If it's not, check the timing, make sure you have the firing order correct, and retry. If it's not cranking, check your battery connections, have your battery tested, and have your starter tested. If all of these check out ok, your motor is probably tied up from rust in the cylinders. Pour some oil in the cylinders and leave it sit for a few days and retry.
Are there any advantages to using synthetic oil?
