Jump started vehicle and now my stereo won't work, have I burned something out?

On most newer stereos, you have to enter a code to get it to work if it becomes disconnected from a working battery- call the stereo store and see if it has a code.

I did something similar. Joey K is right. Look in the glovebox. If you can find the user guide it might tell you the code you have to enter to re-activate your stereo.
