Had 60k service and oil change, NEVER used any oil between changes. Has used 4qtz in 7000 miles after this last service. No apparent leaks??? Where is the oil going.

nope,You forgot to put the oil and/or the oil pan plug.( I believe the first)

I left my parking brake on for 12 miles, going up to 45mph, what type of damage have I done?

i own a repair shop,and they may have put the wrong kind of oil in it or something,because a car like that doesn't just start leaking oil or using it that bad,id take it in and have it checked out real good,something has happened to it,that shouldn't have,have a good mechanic look it over real good and see what he thinks about it,i do this all the time and i have only seen one other one act like this,and it had been ran hot before and it caused it to drink oil,so have it checked,there has to be a reason for this,good luck i hope this helps.
