hi!! this is likely to happen. better not do it coz the new gixxer is very advanced and there is a hell of a lot riding on those pipes. the power pulses from the exhaust of the gixxers are very powerful and the muffler inside your pipe has a conciderable amount of dampning effect on it. when you take your pipes off the dampening is taken out and there will be an adverse effect on the exhaust valves, piston crowns and the valvetrain in general due to the pulsations. also it ll give you silly fuel figures, make the engine very rough and pull down your torque levels! if you want try some acrapovic, yoshimura or devil exhaust with a power commander to get the power up.
