How do you change a Cam Sensor on a 2003 Dodge Neon?

Question:
My check engine light is on. Every once in a while the car shudders at stop lights when I start out, and occassionally the engine won't turn over right away.
I did the wiggle the key in the ignition thing, got a code to appear, googled it, bought a Cam Sensor, and here we are.

Transmission problem with 88 chev cavaliar?

I have never heard of getting a code from wiggling your key. I know there is scan tool and flash pin diagnostics. When it shudders it could be a throttle position sensor, mass airflow anything. I would recommend taking it to a shop or somewhere that does free diagnostics. Typically your cam sensor would be on the rear of your cylinder head.

Anyone seen this Ford problem? I have. $4000 to repair mine?

if you buy the haynes book it will tell you how
