i own a repair shop ,and i have a few customers who own these also,and there pretty fair vehicles to own ,they do fairly good on gas ,and as far as being dependable i think they are as good as anything else,i have seen a few of them have problems with fuel pumps for some reason,i think it was just gm in particular that had some problems with bad pumps,but other than that you,ll hear different things about them from different people,i can give you my opinion based on the amount of repairs i have had to do on them,and that's very little,so if they have found a nice one it would probably turn out to be a good deal,good luck with this i hope they get it.
