'73 Vette wiring harness pin?

Question:
I've got the wiring harness apart at the fire wall, in the engine bay, how do you remove a single wire from the harness? Are there clips on the back of the pin or do just push ( I tried pushing- no dice) ?

i own a shop,and there's a pin made on part of the clip part if it that you can bend down and the wire will come out of it,you can use something really stiff,and thin to bend this down with and pull the wire out,i been doing the same thing all week on a Chevy suburban re-wiring it,but that should get it out for you ,good luck i hope this helps.
