Question:
My '91 Olds 88 got hit in the rear driver's side wheel. The strut is bent and the tire tilts in at the top and in at the front. Its a 17 year old car but in perfect running condition with new tires. I hate to give it up.
Answers:
Is a motherball safe on all wheel surfaces...?
If it's that reliable, I'd say yes...newer cars sometimes aren't worth the repair, depends on how well they are maintained...Does anyone knows how to fix the driverside window motor looks ok but dont brings window up?
Oh, and if it's toed in at the front of the tire, you probably need a "lateral link arm" too...that's what keeps the rear alignment right.
How do i change the rubber around my car window.?
fix it better than a car payment.its just a strut should be a pretty cheap fix
1995 Mustang 5.0 has been sitting for 2 yrs; ready to get her on the road now.?
Meh, you would be better putting on a new strut, or even a used one from a junkyard, and setting the camber as close to norm by eyeball as possible, rather than just leaving it as it is. It will eat up the new tires in no time if you leave it like it is.More Questions & Answers ...
