Which is better to have on my gasoline engine, a turbocharger, or spark plugs?

Question:

battery on my car is flat?

sparkplugs are a must regardless. we use platinum tipped sparkplugs and they are really good quality. we have a turbo on our car (WRX modded) so we need the good spark plugs. if you use crap (or stock) sparkplugs right now, you WILL see a difference with quality plugs... not as much as with a turbo though. my point? get both.
