Question:
It seems to me on the lowest 2 settings, (1 and 2) the air comes out to weakly, on 3 and 4 it seems to come out fine, But thats not the real problem. he problem is unless my foot is on the gas, only cold air blows out. Unfortunately i did not notice until recently, because of Michigan's lovely warm early winter. Any ideas would be great, so long as your idea is not a mechanic. :-)

What happened to the electric car?
well to answer the first question it sounds like the blower motor resistor is bad. the second problem could be 1 of a number.. without looking at the car i can only give an opinion. it is either low on coolant, the water pump is bad, the thermostat is bad, or there is a block in the heater core and it needs to be backflushed. if the car is not overheating i think you could rule out the thermostat or water pump. check the coolant level and go from there.2003 Dodge Stratus MIL codes PO128 and PO302?
Well things to check.....Are small capacity scooters actually poor for CO2 emissions?
Coolant level.... heater vavle in line with the heater hoses under the hood. Chryslers and all Dodges heater systems are built that way...as in the face setting only blows out %30 of total air when you select foot and face. On face setting only the air should be decent. It is the way dodge designed their heater boxes.
Car pulls to one side when braking?
sounds like its the water pump, not pushing the water back into the heater core at idle.More Questions & Answers ...
