What does it mean when #10 fuse keeps blowing in my 2001 plymouth neon?

My check engine light was on for about 2 months then yesterday it just goes dead in the road, i got a new battery and realized the #10 fuse kept blowing, I have tried everything!! HELP!

look on the fuse diagram and it should tell you what it is. does it die every time? could be the ignition fuse?

If you really mean "I've tried everything", that would of course include having the vehicle scanned for error codes since the check engine light was on. What error codes were present? That would be a good starting place. Or could it be you really didn't try everything?
